1. Overview

JohnBromley.co provides a productized service that helps clients design, develop, and launch a minimum viable product (MVP) for a fixed one-time fee. This includes discovery, planning, development, and launch of a working web application.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use this service.

3. Service Scope

The standard MVP package includes:

• Discovery call and project scoping

• Platform design and responsive frontend

• Backend infrastructure and database

• User authentication

• Transactional email setup

• Live hosting and deployment to your custom domain

• Basic integrations (CRM, live chat, analytics, etc.)

• Developer handover with documented code (if selected)

Any additional features, services, or integrations beyond this scope may incur extra charges and must be quoted separately.

4. Payment

The one-time payment of £2,495 is due upfront before the project commences. Payment is made via Stripe. Ongoing support (optional) is billed at £79/month, which includes hosting, monitoring, and light maintenance.

5. Delivery Timeline

All MVP builds are delivered within 14 calendar days from the start of the project, provided timely client feedback is given.

If the final deliverable is not provided within 14 days due to delay on my end, you are entitled to a full refund.

6. Ownership & Code Access

Upon completion and full payment, you will receive full access and ownership of the source code, database, and deployment setup. You are free to continue developing the project with your own team or another developer.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide clear project requirements and brand assets

• Be available for the discovery call

• Respond to requests and feedback in a timely manner

• Supply relevant content, copy, and credentials where needed

8. Revisions

Reasonable adjustments and bug fixes are included during the build period. Major changes outside of the original scope may require a new quote.

9. Limitation of Liability

JohnBromley.co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered MVP. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

You may cancel the project at any time before development begins for a full refund. Once development starts, refunds are at the sole discretion of JohnBromley.co.

I reserve the right to decline or terminate any project that I believe is harmful, unethical, or incompatible with my values.

11. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
